Wah Wo Holdings Group Limited has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, covering the period ended 30 April 2026. The disclosure confirms a stable capital structure throughout the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. No adjustments to the authorised or registered share capital were recorded.

Issued share capital was steady at 1.00 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held. Consequently, total issued shares remained at 1.00 billion. Wah Wo Holdings affirmed that its public float continues to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement.

The filing shows no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments during the month, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, redemptions, or treasury share transactions.

Director Chen Yuet Wa submitted the return, confirming that all regulatory and listing rule obligations were met for the reporting period.
