COMBA Reports Stable Share Capital and Confirms Public Float Compliance for July 2026

Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited (COMBA) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, showing no movements in either authorised or issued share capital.

Authorised Capital • The authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, representing HKD 0.50 billion in total nominal value.

Issued and Treasury Shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 3.13 billion. • Treasury shares were steady at 8.23 million, leaving total issued shares at 3.13 billion. • No shares were issued, cancelled, repurchased, or transferred during the month.

Public Float • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

Share Option Scheme Activity • Outstanding options under the scheme adopted on 22 May 2023 totaled 25,000, unchanged from the previous month. • No option exercises occurred; therefore, no new shares were issued and no funds were raised. • The scheme still allows for up to 275.85 million additional shares to be issued upon future option grants.

Other Instruments and Corporate Actions • The return recorded no warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuing arrangements, and no other share capital movements.

Overall, COMBA’s equity structure remained stable throughout July 2026 with full regulatory compliance affirmed.
