KONTA CHINA (01312) announced that Ms. Jolena has tendered her resignation as the company's Executive Director and Group Vice President due to other work commitments, effective from November 14, 2025. Following her resignation, she will also cease to be a member of the company's Executive Committee and Share Trading Committee.
