Asia Orient Holdings Limited (00214) released its monthly securities movement report for October 2025, showing that there were no changes in authorized or issued share capital. The authorized share capital remained at 3,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD0.1, totaling HKD300,000,000.
The number of issued shares also held steady at 840,873,996. Under the existing share option scheme approved on 29 August 2014, 7,000,000 share options remained outstanding at the end of October 2025, with no new shares issued. The maximum number of shares that may be issued under the scheme was reported as 69,476,084.
