BEA Adds 7.35 Million Shares via 2026 Interim Scrip Dividend, Expanding Share Capital by 0.28%

The Bank of East Asia, Limited (BEA) disclosed that 7.35 million ordinary shares were issued on 13 October 2026 under the 2026 Interim Scrip Dividend Scheme.
The new shares, priced at HKD 18.42 each, enlarged BEA’s outstanding share capital by 0.28%, taking the total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) from 2.65 billion to 2.65 billion. No treasury shares were involved, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations pending at the period-end.
The board confirmed that the allotment was duly authorised and executed in full compliance with Hong Kong listing rules and all other regulatory requirements.
