On 19 November 2025, Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. repurchased 200,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 4.66 to HKD 4.71 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 940,537.36.
Following this transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 3,148,881,548, while treasury shares increased to 3,698,000. The overall total of issued shares remained at 3,152,579,548.
