GWMOTOR (02333) announced that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed that Ms. Li Hongshuan, the company's current joint company secretary, meets the qualifications under Listing Rule 3.28 to serve as company secretary. Consequently, Ms. Wu Jiawen has resigned from her position as joint company secretary, effective September 22, 2025. Following Wu Jiawen's resignation, Li Hongshuan will continue to serve as the company's sole company secretary.
