Shanghai HeartCare Medical Technology Corporation Limited (HeartCare) released a positive profit alert for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

Revenue Outlook • HeartCare anticipates revenue of no less than RMB280.00 million, up at least 50.90% from RMB185.50 million in the first half of 2025. • Growth is attributed to wider market recognition of its product portfolio, expanded hospital coverage and rapid expansion across its three core segments: ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke and vascular closure.

Profit Projections • Net profit is projected at no less than RMB60.00 million, compared with RMB50.90 million a year earlier. • Adjusted net profit—excluding one-off investment gains or losses—is expected to reach at least RMB70.00 million, more than double the RMB34.20 million recorded in the prior-year period.

Margin and Cost Dynamics • A higher proportion of sales from high-margin products is expected to lift overall gross margin. • Selling, distribution and administrative expenses have been effectively contained, contributing to the improvement in adjusted profitability.

Status of Results The figures are based on unaudited management accounts and may be revised when the interim results are published by the end of August 2026.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in HeartCare securities.
