Litian Pictures (9958) Schedules Board Meeting to Review Final Results and Possible Dividend

Litian Pictures Holdings Limited (the “Company”, stock code: 9958) announced that the board of directors will convene a meeting on 14 November 2025. The meeting will consider and approve, among other matters, the final results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the period from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2025. A recommendation on the payment of a final dividend, if any, will also be discussed.
According to the announcement dated 11 November 2025, the Company’s board of directors comprises five executive directors—Mr. Yuan Li, Ms. Tian Tian, Mr. Huang Zhiqiang, Mr. Lin Mingwei, and Ms. Huang Meiyuan—alongside three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Tse Kwok Hing Henry, Mr. Xie Taoquan, and Mr. Yam Yuet Hang.
