根据公告，此次回购后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）为4,480,810,324股，库存股份增加至41,522,000股，总股本仍为4,522,332,324股。购回授权于2025年5月27日获通过，目前剩余额度为451,560,392股，截至本次回购，公司已累计回购34,873,600股，占授权时已发行股份总数的约7.7229%。
公告称，公司确认已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及法律规定。该公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
