Boustead Singapore Limited (F9D) announced that it has completed the divestment of properties related to the initial public offering of UI Boustead REIT on Mar, 12 2026.
The company stated that units of UI Boustead REIT began trading on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited at 2:00 p.m. on the same day.
The divestment and listing follow earlier disclosures issued on Sep, 02 2025, Sep, 18 2025, Feb, 10 2026, Feb, 26 2026 and Mar, 05 2026.
