SERES Shares Jump Over 5% in Afternoon Trading as Soda Technology's First Production Vehicle AIVA ME7 Nears Debut in Paris, France

According to reports, SERES (HKEX: 09927) shares rose more than 5% in afternoon trading. As of press time, the stock was up 5.10% at HK$34.22, with a turnover of HK$34.9335 million.

On the news front, Soda AIVA Automobile announced that its first mass-production vehicle, the AIVA ME7, will make its debut on September 28 at the Château de Champ-la-Forêt in Paris, France.

It is understood that Soda Technology, jointly invested by Shapingba District of Chongqing and SERES, made its first appearance in June this year, unveiling the AIVA Origin Concept, the brand's first concept car, and announcing that the first mass-production model, the AIVA ME7, would be launched within the year, with the full lineup covering the mainstream market priced above 200,000 yuan.

Notably, according to the latest disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, global asset management giant BlackRock's long position in SERES H-shares increased from 4.51% to 7.03% on September 23, a single increase of 2.52 percentage points, marking a significant rise in its holding proportion.

In addition, SERES has continued its share buybacks in the A-share market, which likewise conveys a positive signal.
