Changjiu Holdings Limited has appointed Ms. Shi Yuan as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. She will lead the Group’s finance team and oversee financial and business planning.

Ms. Shi brings approximately 18 years of experience in financial management, internal audit and internal control. Most recently, she was Senior Financial Controller at Jianpu Technology Inc. from June 2021 to October 2025. Her prior roles include Director of Internal Audit and Internal Control at Jianpu Technology Inc. (December 2016–May 2021), Senior Manager of Internal Audit and Internal Control at Yirendai Ltd. (January–November 2016) and Senior Manager of Internal Audit at AirMedia Group Inc. (December 2009–August 2015). She began her career as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP (August 2007–November 2009).

Ms. Shi holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Finance from Renmin University of China, awarded in 2005 and 2007 respectively, and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

The Board, chaired by Executive Director Ms. Li Guiping, extended a warm welcome to Ms. Shi. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises two executive directors—Ms. Li Guiping and Mr. Bo Shijiu—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Shen Jinjun, Mr. Dong Yang and Mr. Wang Fukuan.
