2026年6月5日，美丽田园医疗健康产业有限公司(股票代码：02373)宣布，于2026年6月5日于香港联交所场内回购25,000股普通股股份，约占该公司本次回购前现有已发行股本的0.01%。每股回购价格介乎17.16港元至17.65港元，合计投入约43.32万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本变更为249,127,715股，库藏股增至2,466,000股，合计股份总数维持在251,593,715股。根据公告，购回授权由股东于2025年6月27日通过，公司可购回的股份总数上限为23,579,556股；截至目前，已在本交易所或其他证券交易所累计回购2,466,000股，占当日授权通过时已发行股本约1.0458%。公司同时表示，此次股份回购后将遵守香港联交所相关规则规定的暂止期，直至2026年7月5日方可根据法规继续发行新股或出售、转让库藏股。
