Tiande Chemical Confirms Stable Share Capital for July; 87.84 Million Shares Reserved under New Award Scheme

Tiande Chemical Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that its capital structure remained unchanged during the month while outlining its newly approved share award capacity.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a HKD 0.01 par value, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion in aggregate. Issued share capital was unchanged at 878.42 million ordinary shares, and no treasury shares were held or cancelled in July.

Tiande Chemical reaffirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

Under the share award scheme approved on 5 June 2026, up to 87.84 million ordinary shares could be allotted or transferred in future periods. No shares were issued or transferred during July under this mandate, leaving the company’s total issued share count steady.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Rebecca Lau and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 August 2026.
