Dongwu Cement reiterates shift to electronic dissemination of corporate communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 23

Dongwu Cement International Limited issued a reminder on 24 April 2026 confirming the full transition to electronic dissemination of its corporate communications, which include directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

All forthcoming English and Chinese versions of these documents will be accessible on the company’s website (www.dongwucement.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed copies as the default distribution format in accordance with Hong Kong listing requirements.

The company noted that it has not yet received functional email addresses for non-registered shareholders from their respective intermediaries. Such shareholders are urged to contact their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to supply an email address to ensure timely receipt of future communications.

Investors who prefer hard-copy materials can complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or submit a request via email to dongwucement.ecom@computershare.com.hk, providing name, address and a printed-copy preference.

The notice, signed by Chairman Liu Dong, reinforces the company’s commitment to electronic communication while maintaining an opt-in mechanism for shareholders who require printed documents.
