润歌互动（02422）公布，2026年上半年实现营业收入约1.36亿元，同比微增0.28%。同期经调整净利润约565.80万元，而上年同期为经调整净亏损1,911.60万元，成功实现扭亏为盈，增幅达129.58%。

毛利率为9.5%，相比上年同期的15.9%下降了6.4个百分点。经营活动所用现金净额为5,790.80万元，较上年同期的4,614.10万元扩大，主要由于相关业务投入增加、营运资金周转等因素所致。

期间销售及分销开支约577.90万元，较去年同期1,080万元下降46.8%，管理费用约1,170万元，较上年同期的1,410万元下降17.0%，研发费用约221.60万元，较上年同期960万元下降77.1%。

业务分项

企业数字化服务收入约1.33亿元，同比增长6.56%。主要来自企业私域流量相关营销持续增长，以及为金融服务、通信等领域核心客户提供的一站式虚拟商品采购及交付服务等增量所推动。行业数字化服务收入约291.90万元，同比下降72.9%，主要由于本集团于2025年处置西安天泰子公司，导致本期基数与上年同期存在差异。
