Persistence Gold Group Ltd (PERSISTENCEGOLD) has filed a resubmitted Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming a stable share structure and continued compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float requirements. The filing was submitted on 31 July 2026.

Authorised share capital remains unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

The issued share count stood at 2.40 billion shares at month-end, identical to the closing balance of the prior month. No treasury shares were held or created, and the company affirmed that the minimum 25% public-float threshold was met.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 30 November 2023, a total of 21.00 million options were outstanding at the end of May 2026. During June, 1.00 million options lapsed, leaving 20.00 million options outstanding. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no funds were raised. The scheme still permits issuance of up to 180.00 million additional shares in the future, with existing options carrying an exercise price of HKD 1.50 per share.

The company reported no warrants, convertible instruments, Hong Kong depositary receipts or other share-related arrangements, and no share repurchases or cancellations occurred during the month.

With the share base steady and only a minor decrease in outstanding options, Persistence Gold concluded June 2026 with an unchanged equity capital structure and full regulatory compliance.
