Longhuang Group (08493): Chinese Stock Abbreviation to Change to "Zhilong Holdings" Starting February 6

Following a special resolution concerning the company name change passed by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on October 17, 2025, the Registrar of Companies of the Cayman Islands issued a certificate of registration of change of name on October 30, 2025. This certificate confirms that the company's English name has been changed from "Dragon King Group Holdings Limited" to "Scorching Dragon Holdings Limited," and its dual foreign language Chinese name has been changed from "Longhuang Group Holdings Limited" to "Zhilong Holdings Limited."

The Registrar of Companies of Hong Kong subsequently issued a certificate of registration of change of name of non-Hong Kong company on December 15, 2025. This confirms the registration of the company's English name change in Hong Kong, under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), from "Dragon King Group Holdings Limited" to "Scorching Dragon Holdings Limited," and its Chinese name from "Longhuang Group Holdings Limited" to "Zhilong Holdings Limited."

Effective from 9:00 a.m. on February 6, 2026, the company's English stock abbreviation for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "DRAGON KING GP" to "S. DRAGON," while the Chinese stock abbreviation will be changed from "Longhuang Group" to "Zhilong Holdings."

The company's stock code for trading on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged, continuing to be "8493."
