Almana Limited (HKEX: 08186), formerly known as Man Na, has issued a formal announcement regarding the change of its corporate name.

The company's English name has been officially changed from "Almana Limited" to "Honor Matrix Holdings Limited", and its Chinese name has been updated from "曼妠有限公司" to "浩盟控股有限公司". These changes became effective as of June 26, 2026, following the issuance of a Certificate of Change of Name and a Certificate of Secondary Name by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.

Subsequently, the Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a Certificate of Change of Name by Non-Hong Kong Company on July 14, 2026, confirming the registration of the company's new English and Chinese names in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Consequently, the English trading abbreviation for the company's shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will be changed from "ALMANA" to "HONOR MATRIX". The Chinese trading abbreviation will be updated from "曼妠" to "浩盟控股". These changes to the trading symbols will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on July 24, 2026.

The company's stock code on the exchange will remain unchanged as "08186".
