JF SmartInvest acquires 101,200 shares for HK$2.85 million, lifts treasury stock to 4.07 million

JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd disclosed that it repurchased 101,200 ordinary shares on 17 June 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$27.84 to HK$28.46, for an aggregate consideration of HK$2.85 million.

Following the buyback, the company’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) fell marginally by 0.02% to 464.29 million, while treasury shares increased to 4.07 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 468.36 million.

The purchases form part of a mandate approved on 20 June 2025 that permits the company to repurchase up to 44.84 million shares. To date, 4.07 million shares—equivalent to 0.91% of the issued share capital on the mandate date—have been acquired under this authority. All shares bought on 17 June are being held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, JF SmartInvest is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 17 July 2026.
