WORLD SUPER (08612) announced that it has been unable to reach a consensus with Evergreen (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (Evergreen) on the audit fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. Consequently, Evergreen has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors declared that, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has resolved to propose the appointment of Gaoling CPA Limited (Gaoling) as the company's new auditor. The term will last until the conclusion of the company's next Annual General Meeting, and the appointment is conditional upon the acceptance of an engagement letter.
