碧桂园服务控股有限公司（06098）于2026年2月6日公布翌日披露报表，显示公司当日通过香港联合交易所场内回购股份共计1,000,000股，每股回购价格介乎港币6.37元至6.40元，涉资约港币6,391,990元。
该次回购股份占公司此前已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）的约0.0299%。回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍维持在3,344,208,516股。根据公告，公司于2025年5月23日通过了购回授权，可回购的股份总数为334,093,014股，至今已累计回购83,841,000股，占购回授权获通过时已发行股本的2.5095%。
