此次交易涉及的重吊船队主要服务于国际重大件货物运输市场，每艘船舶均配备先进的吊装设备，能够满足海上风电设备、大型模块等超规货物的运输需求。通过此次资产优化，公司将实现船舶资产的合理轮换，进一步聚焦核心业务领域。
