On 05 August 2026, EPIWORLD International Co., Ltd. submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised share capital remained at 425.58 million shares, split between 118.92 million H-shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and 306.66 million unlisted ordinary shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.

Issued share capital was likewise unchanged, comprising 118.92 million H-shares and 306.66 million unlisted shares, with zero treasury shares reported.

The company affirmed compliance with the minimum public-float threshold set at listing—13.87 % of its H-share class—indicating that market liquidity requirements continue to be met.
