进智公共交通控股有限公司（00077）10月14日发布补充公告称，公司董事会已接纳审计委员会建议，拟于股东周年大会上提出普通决议案，续聘致同（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为集团核数师，任期由本次股东周年大会结束起至下届股东周年大会结束止，并授权董事会厘定其截至2027年3月31日止年度的酬金。
本次续聘下，致同香港就审计集团截至2027年3月31日止年度综合财务报表的估计核数费预计为630,000港元至680,000港元（不包括实报实销开支）。
公司表示，该估计费用经双方在考虑过往核数费用、集团规模与架构、业务性质与复杂程度、审计范围及时间表、所需资源与专业人员水平等因素后确定，并基于截至2027年3月31日止财年集团业务运营、会计政策及监管环境无重大变化，并在公司及时提供必要协助与资料的前提。董事会认为在目前已知信息下，上述估计费用公平合理，若无重大基准或假设变动，最终核数费料与公布区间差异不大。
除补充披露的审计费用等信息外，公司此前于2026年7月22日发布的有关续聘核数师的通函其他内容保持不变。
