2026年2月20日，知乎（2390）披露翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司于2026年2月17日至18日期间在纽约证券交易所分别回购99,000股及95,601股A类普通股（对应美国存托股份约33,000股及31,867股），合计194,601股，约占公司已发行股本的0.072%。回购价格区间分别为每股USD 1.1833至USD 1.1433及每股USD 1.18至USD 1.1567，总对价约USD 227,308.81。公司表示，截至2026年2月18日，其A类普通股数为254,416,106股，B类普通股数为15,446,778股，总已发行股份269,862,884股。
公司指出，此次回购根据2025年6月25日通过的购回授权进行，授权可回购股份总数为26,300,429股；本次操作完成后，累计已回购并拟注销股份数量达2,606,571股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.991%。公司同时确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
