Prudential plc executes further share repurchase and cancellation

Prudential plc announced on Nov, 13 2025 that it bought back 293,490 ordinary shares on Nov, 12 2025 through the London Stock Exchange at prices between GBP 10.855 and GBP 11.01, for a total consideration of about GBP 3.20 million.

Following the cancellation on Nov, 12 2025 of 281,117 shares previously repurchased, Prudential’s outstanding share capital declined to 2,559,194,157 shares from 2,559,475,274 shares.

The company added that 262,434 shares bought on Nov, 11 2025 and the 293,490 shares repurchased on Nov, 12 2025 remain to be cancelled.

These transactions were conducted under the share-repurchase mandate approved on May, 14 2025, which authorises Prudential to buy back up to 262,668,701 shares. To date, 47,796,644 shares—or about 1.84% of the share base at the time of mandate approval—have been repurchased.
