最新业绩表明，近期聚焦精品珠宝、优化女装品类等举措正助力柯尔百货重获消费者青睐。该公司还通过与丝芙兰、玩具反斗城等品牌联名合作刺激消费、提升客流量。今年早些时候，柯尔百货已完成在其全美1100多家门店内引入丝芙兰的工作。
与此同时，在关税和通胀压力导致消费者预算紧缩、对百货商店等中端零售商造成不利影响的背景下，柯尔百货还为品牌商品提供更多优惠券，以期维持中低收入客群的忠诚度。
根据Bloomberg Intelligence的数据，柯尔百货自有平价品牌的库存水平也有所改善。
