京东物流股份有限公司（02618）于2026年6月1日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司当日同时进行股份回购及已发行股本变动。
根据公告，公司在香港联交所场内回购普通股1,850,300股，约占已发行股本的0.028%，每股回购价介乎港币12.97元至13.41元，合计支付24,598,010.32港元（约2,459.80万港元）。公司购回授权于2025年6月20日获得通过，可回购总数为664,808,177股，截至目前已累积回购23,291,600股，占授权通过时已发行股本的约0.35%。
当日，公司亦根据先前通过的首次公开发售后股份奖励计划，发行新股4,500,000股，占发行前公司已发行股本的约0.067%。本次变动完成后，公司已发行股本增至6,676,981,772股，库藏股数为0股。
公告并称，公司已遵守香港联交所主板上市规则的相关规定。本次公告由公司董事王振辉签署。
