2026年5月15日，捷利交易宝金融科技有限公司（股票代码：08017）发布公告，公司于同日回购普通股200万股，占当日已发行股本约0.28%。本次回购价格介乎每股1.23港元至1.29港元，总金额约253.06万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）由708,936,000股减少至706,936,000股，与此同时，库藏股数量由41,064,000股增至43,064,000股，已发行股份总数仍维持750,000,000股。此外，捷利交易宝金融科技有限公司于2025年8月20日通过购回授权，目前可根据该授权回购的剩余数量为63,071,200股。
公司确认，本次交易已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由执行董事刘勇签署。
