2026年6月1日，美丽田园医疗健康（股票代码：02373）发布公告称，已于当日在香港联交所回购普通股5万股，占当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）约0.02%。本次回购价格区间为每股18.25港元至18.55港元，总代价约91.79万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数继续维持在251,593,715股。其中已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目为249,221,215股，库存股份数目为2,372,500股。本次回购股份将作为库存股份持有。
据公告披露，2025年6月27日，公司股东大会审议通过了股份回购授权，总数为23,579,556股。自授权通过之日起，公司于香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购了2,372,500股，占授权当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目的约1.006%。公司还表示，此次回购完成后，新股发行或再次出售、转让库存股份的暂止期将持续至2026年7月1日。
