公司于2026年6月25日经股东大会批准可回购最多71,068,930股。截至本次回购，公司已累计在香港联交所或其他证券交易所回购1,808,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本约0.2544%。公司董事会确认已遵守适用的上市规则及相关法律法规，购回股份的各项程序合规。
