Artini Holdings (00789) reported that, as of the end of January 2026, its authorised share capital remained at 6,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.05 each, representing HKD 300,000,000 in total. The issued share capital also stayed unchanged at 1,323,968,128 shares, with no treasury shares recorded. Public float requirements were confirmed to be satisfied.
The share option scheme mandate adopted on 30 September 2024 had 110,396,812 outstanding options at the end of January, with no new shares issued or treasury shares transferred during the period. No warrants or convertible securities were reported.
