中信银行股份有限公司（00998）7月31日发布公告称，董事会近日收到副行长贺劲松的辞呈。贺劲松先生因工作调整，辞去公司副行长职务。
公告显示，贺劲松原任期原定至2026年7月31日，辞任后不再在公司及其控股子公司任职，亦不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺（含增持承诺）。
公司表示，贺劲松与董事会及高管层之间无不同意见，亦无其他需提请股东注意的事项。目前，相关工作交接已按照要求完成。
中信银行董事会对贺劲松在任职期间为公司所作贡献表示感谢。
截至公告日，公司执行董事包括董事长方合英、胡罡；非执行董事包括魏强、王彦康、付亚民；独立非执行董事包括廖子彬、周伯文、王化成及宋芳秀。
