利福中国集团有限公司（02136）发布公告，将在即将召开的股东周年大会上寻求授权回购最多相当于已发行股本10%的股份。公告显示，截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行股份共计1,464,448,500股，若该授权获批并全面行使，回购规模可达146,444,850股。

根据公告，利福中国过去十二个月的股价最高见1.08港元，最低曾至0.57港元。董事会表示，该计划若经股东周年大会批准并在适当时机实施，预期符合公司及全体股东的最佳利益。公司预定于2026年5月19日召开股东周年大会，就购回授权进行表决。股东如欲参与投票，应留意相关股份过户安排。该公司股票于香港联交所上市交易。
