公告显示，自2026年8月7日以来，控股股东陈先生与潜在买方就该可能交易持续进行讨论及磋商，但截至本公告日期双方并未取得重大进展，亦未签订任何正式或具法律约束力的协议。此外，根据陈先生提供的最新资料，双方并未就延长原谅解备忘录中的独家期达成正式协议，意味着现阶段双方不受任何独家安排限制。
公司强调，截至目前尚未与潜在买方订立最终协议，该可能交易存在进行或不进行的双重不确定性。按照收购守则第3.7条要求，在出现提出全面要约的确定意向或决定不进行要约前，富通科技将继续于每月发布交易进展公告，并在适当或必要时依据上市规则及/或收购守则另行公告。
