XXF Group Holdings Limited announced that Company Secretary Sze Suet Ling has resigned, effective 20 March 2026. Sze also stepped down as the authorised representative for service of process under Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance on the same date. The Board confirmed that Sze has no disagreement with directors and no matters require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Effective immediately, Cherie Mak Po Man has been appointed as both Company Secretary and the new Companies Ordinance authorised representative. Mak is Vice President of SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited and brings more than 20 years of experience spanning audit, accounting, corporate finance, compliance and corporate secretarial work. Her credentials include: • Master of Corporate Governance, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2017) • Associate member, The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (2017) • Member, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (2003) • Fellow member, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (2006)

The Board expressed appreciation for Sze’s contributions and officially welcomed Mak to her new roles. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises three executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
