北青传媒股份有限公司公告显示，2025年截至12月31日的全年，归属于股东的亏损预计约为人民币6.8亿元至7.3亿元，相比2024年同期的亏损人民币204.2万元，亏损额增加约6.6亿至7.1亿元。公告披露，若剔除2024年处置房产及收回部分已计提坏账准备产生的一次性收益约2,183.1万元因素，亏损增长主要由于主营业务收入下滑和费用上升所致。
公告提到，受客户预算收紧、行业监管政策变化以及市场竞争加剧等因素影响，集团附属公司的营业收入下降。此外，为推进业务转型，子公司北京青年报现代物流有限公司正有序退出印刷相关物料贸易业务，短期内导致主营业务亏损扩大。
同时，管理费用与上年同期相比增加约1,524.5万元，主要因组织结构变革所产生的相关成本增加。公允价值变动收益也较去年同期减少约1,170.2万元，主要受房地产业整体调整及区域市场需求波动影响，投资性房地产和闲置资金管理收益均出现下降。

公告指出，集团将持续推进业务转型，重点发展包括户外广告、全案营销以及“北京城市文化年票”等创新业务，以期在新兴领域实现收入增长，并优化长期经营资源。
