九龙建业二零一五年度股东应占基础盈利同比增长39.6%,综合收益保持稳健

根据截至二零一五年十二月三十一日止年度报告,九龙建业于期内股东应占基础盈利为6.28亿港元,较二零一四年的4.50亿港元增长39.6%。同时,每股基础盈利由上年度的0.36港元增至0.48港元。若考虑物业发展权益的公允价值变动及投资物业的重估减值,股东应占盈利为1.31亿港元,相比二零一四年的1.16亿港元上升12.9%。董事会建议派发末期股息每股0.14港元,全年合共每股0.24港元。

财务报表显示,集团本年度营业收入为4,953,323千港元(上年度:5,389,846千港元),本年度盈利123,780千港元(上年度:114,520千港元),其中公司股权持有人应占盈利130,575千港元(上年度:115,662千港元),每股基本及摊薄盈利均为0.10港元(上年度:0.09港元)。

于二零一五年十二月三十一日,集团流动资产22,771,599千港元与非流动资产18,714,579千港元合计41,486,178千港元;同期流动负债4,529,116千港元与非流动负债19,400,627千港元。资产净值17,556,435千港元(上年度:17,567,526千港元),而现金及银行结余为1,172,587千港元(上年度:791,467千港元)。银行贷款总额185.27亿港元(上年度:191.25亿港元),主要用于物业开发、运营及投资等支付。本年度现金流入来源包括香港物业销售及中国内地多个发展项目的预售和销售款。

报告显示,面对房地产市场波动,集团在物业开发与销售方面持续推进项目,同时注重策略调整及财务稳健,以支持后续业务发展。
