Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) announced that its 99.99 %-owned subsidiary, Sadao P.S. Rubber Co., Ltd., has finished its liquidation process.
The dissolution was officially registered with Thailand’s Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, on Mar, 25 2026. STGT had previously informed the exchanges in Jun, 04 2025 about the planned entire business transfer and dissolution of the unit.
