2026年7月13日，普华和顺（01358）发布翌日披露报表，宣布于2026年7月13日在香港联交所场内回购普通股765,000股，约占公司已发行股本的0.053%。最高回购价为每股港币1.08元，最低回购价为每股港币1.02元，共计支付约港币80.78万（即807,800港元）。本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为1,442,855,098股，库藏股数量为0股。公司此前已于2026年6月26日通过购回授权，授权可购回的股份总数为144,285,509股，迄今共回购1,391,000股。
公司确认本次股份回购已取得董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。公告由董事张月娥签署。
