尽管西维斯健康（CVS Health）在最新季度业绩中轻松超越华尔街预期，并上调了2026年盈利指引，公司股价却仍下跌约6%。问题出在——公司罕见地提前对2027年发出了预警。
这家医疗保健巨头警告称，旗下药房福利管理（PBM）业务Caremark的会员人数将在明年出现下滑。原因在于，公司正重新谈判合同以反映全新定价模式，同时部分保险公司客户正从特定市场撤出。
这一预警恰逢市场对PBM财务模式演变存在广泛担忧的背景下。不仅如此，公司还指出了与340B药品折扣计划相关的压力。不过，西维斯健康对旗下保险业务子公司Aetna持续改善的前景表达了更为乐观的看法。
公司表示，当前市场对2027年调整后每股盈利的共识预期，是一个合理底线。同时，西维斯健康仍对其通过2028年实现两位数中间段的盈利增长预测充满信心。“眼下我们的PBM业务确实面临一些压力，但企业整体实力可以更大程度地弥补这一缺口，”首席执行官大卫·乔伊纳（David Joyner）表示。
