China Come Ride New Energy Group Limited announced that its board meeting—originally set for 15 May 2026 to approve audited results for the year ended 31 March 2025 and interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025—has been rescheduled to 15 June 2026.
Key reason for the further delay is the need for additional audit procedures, including: • Expected credit-loss assessments on trade receivables and other current assets • Valuation of investment holdings • Third-party confirmation of certain assets
To prevent similar delays, the Group plans to hire senior finance personnel to oversee financial reporting and intends to commence audit planning promptly after the auditor’s appointment or renewal.
Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since 2 July 2025 and will remain suspended pending publication of the FY2025 audited results. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the company.
