经济日报集团将于2026年8月3日至8月6日(包括首尾两日)暂停办理股份过户登记，有意出席股东周年大会的登记截止时间为2026年7月31日下午四时三十分。另就末期股息事宜，股份过户登记将于2026年8月17日至8月19日(包括首尾两日)再度暂停，股东须于2026年8月14日下午四时三十分前完成股份过户。
