Jinhui Holdings Company Limited (137 HK)于2026年1月6日公告，间接附属公司在本月内先后购入两笔与股票挂钩的定息票据，分别于1月5日和1月2日签订，发行机构均为Morgan Stanley BV。合并计算后，交易被视作单一交易，适用相关上市规则的通报及披露规定。

根据公告，定息票据1于2026年1月2日订立，本金为人民币1,500万元(约1,671.9万港元)，挂钩股票包括中国石油天然气股份有限公司(857 HK)、宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司(3750 HK)及小鹏汽车有限公司(9868 HK)。定息票据2于2026年1月5日订立，本金为人民币1,000万元(约1,114.6万港元)，挂钩股票包括腾讯控股有限公司(700 HK)、友邦保险控股有限公司(1299 HK)及紫金黄金国际有限公司(2259 HK)。两笔票据的票期均为两个月，票面息率均为年利率8%。

公告显示，购入资金来自集团内部资源。董事会认为，这些票据拥有相对灵活的行使价格及票期，并可产生高于银行定期存款利息的收入。交易的适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%，根据上市规则构成须予披露交易。公司称购入条款公平合理，符合整体利益。两笔票据的发行日期分别为2026年1月9日及1月12日，到期日分别为2026年3月11日及3月16日。
