根据公告，公司于3月26日回购6,520,000股B类普通股，占已发行股本约0.1498%，平均回购价为每股45.6867港元。3月27日，公司再度回购1,075,000股B类普通股，占已发行股本约0.0247%，每股回购价介乎46.06港元至46.5港元，合计涉资约4,965.68万港元。两次合计回购7,595,000股，合计耗资约3.48亿港元。
公告显示，公司同日依据首次公开募股前员工持股计划，向合资格参与人发行37,569股B类普通股，占当日公司已发行股本约0.0009%，每股发行价为0.3273港元。完成上述变动后，公司B类普通股已发行总数增至3,657,464,531股。
公司回购授权于2025年6月19日获股东大会批准，可回购股份总数为428,392,652股，截至公告日累计已回购26,867,300股，占授权日已发行股本约0.6272%。公司确认本次回购及发行过程均已遵守香港联交所上市规则与相关法律法规。
