ADP首席经济学家Nela Richardson：我们观察到招聘活动有所增加，薪资增长保持稳健，尤其是在留任员工群体中。但由于招聘岗位集中在少数几个行业，我们的数据显示，换工作并未带来普遍的薪资提升。事实上，跳槽的薪资溢价在2月份已降至历史最低点。
