Tanwan Inc. disclosed that it bought back 150,800 ordinary shares on 16 July 2026 through on-market transactions, spending HK$1.62 million at prices ranging from HK$10.67 to HK$10.85 per share (volume-weighted average price: HK$10.77).

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.03% to 520.46 million shares. Treasury shares increased to 13.98 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 534.44 million shares because the repurchased stock has been retained in treasury rather than cancelled.

The transaction forms part of the share-buyback mandate approved on 17 June 2026, which authorises Tanwan to repurchase up to 52.12 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 764,800 shares, equivalent to 0.15% of the company’s outstanding shares on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Tanwan is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 August 2026.
