范式智能集团股份有限公司宣布，已与欢喜传媒集团有限公司签署了一份战略合作及合资框架协议。根据协议内容，双方将聚焦于数据合作，并共同探索大模型技术在影视制作等领域的应用。
协议预计，在三年内，欢喜传媒向范式智能支付的服务费总额将不低于2亿美元。作为合作的一部分，范式智能的子公司已与欢喜传媒签署了首份大模型API服务框架协议。根据该子协议，范式智能将在两年内为欢喜传媒提供价值2000万美元的大模型API服务。
此外，作为此次战略合作的一部分，范式智能的子公司将以每股0.275港元的价格，认购欢喜传媒7.313亿股股份。这一资本层面的联动，进一步巩固了双方的合作关系。
